At iSinwheel, we stand behind the quality of our electric scooters and bikes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your product in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and the charger to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
